ya thats what I am saying dude. He doesnt even show pics of all 4 wheels.. I just got them in today and had the customer open them up. We were all excited until we saw the damaged wheels. I called Vlad right aways and then he had a heart attack, searing and hanging up on me. I tried to deal with him peacefully but he refused so I took it to paypal.. I will get my money back and he will get his wheels back when I get my full refund.

Oh he wanted me to file a claim with the shipping company.. lol. sorry dude but I dont do peoples dirty work.scam.fraud..

If I buy something from someone who clearly says that the item is in good condition, then when I receive it and its not. Then yes as a buyer I have every right to call the seller to settle it.. If not then thanks to paypal for having security for us buyers..

I bought 2 sets of wheels from Luke and didnt have problems. I have bought at least 8 engines from europe and no problems. I have sold many euro engines and no problems etc...

Its bullshit. Sonny had those on the car and thats how it got the rash. The aluminum is almost white its so shiny. That means its brand new.

I opened one box with the owner of the Mercedes and Karim. The wheels came out looking damaged like that. In fact, the other box hasn't been opened which likely contains the 2 good wheels in Vlads original post.

but either way he offered to refund you for the wheels back....that should be more then enough to make it square

he offered the refund after I went to paypal. He should have done that in the beginning. I paid him 1660 and he wants to give me 1500 now.. thats not fair.. I definitely will return his wheels once I get my full refund.

Sorry to hear of this Karim. I'm sure Vlad will do the right thing.
I'd say have the 2 repaired locally and have Vlad refund that amount.

You should pull the trigger on my nice set of 3-piece low offset wheels to complement that SEC. ;)

I'm sorry but I fail to believe Vlad sold you wheels in that condition without disclosing the damage.

If they did in fact get damaged during shipping you need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Insurance was paid for a reason. I've seen Vlad buy and sell things much more expensive than a set of ugly Mercedes wheels and I really doubt he's ruin his reputation over them.

You need to fess up with what REALLY happened or you need to pull your head out of your ass and file with the shipping company for an insurance claim.
