I'll post up some install pics soon.

Could you shortly sum up what has to be done?
My main concern is I have a brand new suspension and would like to be able to keep as much of that as possible and not have to deal with shortening/welding the strut body.
If your solution is easy to install without a professional shop doing it, I think I'm in.

A few questions:

-For the fronts, you slide the sleeve right over the strut tube, and it sits down on the stock spring perch, the adjuster threads on, then you put the spring on, and then your choice of upper components?

-If I cut the spring perch off, I can weld the sleeve anywhere on the strut tube I want (to be lower, and for easier access)?

-I can keep my Bilstein Sports and gland nut that I'm current using on stock strut housings with H&R Race springs?

-If I get your camber plates, they will work with Bilstein Sports?

-If I don't get camber plates, the coilover kit comes with a top hat that works with the factory strut mount and Bilstein sports?

-For the rears, it's just a top hat and bottom sleeve with adjusters, and the spring?

When you cut the factory perch you cut just above the weld. The sleeves are an exact fit and the factory weld will hold the sleeve in place. The only benefit to completely griding off the factory welds and moving the sleeve lower would be if you have a stockpile of 7" and 8" spings.

The bilstein sports and gland nuts work great. Thats what i'm currently running. The aluminum spring hat that comes with the kit will work with the factory strut bearing or the camber plates. The konis may be different. I everyone that has installed these has had bilsteins.

For the rear i'm leaning toward a "pig tail" upper portion for the spring and a 2.5" sleeve with adjuster. This will allow you you use the factory upper spring pad with the very long spring aligment nipple. Makes it a ton easier to settle the spring after lifting up the car. IIRC TCkline does the same thing for their rear springs.

I think Koni's have a thicker top threaded part of the shaft where the camber plate sits.
My camber plates had spacers and I had to have them milled for the Koni's.
I'll be using the D2 plates, I think they should work without the adapter I had machined.
