MagniFlow Bolt on Cat Kit

I have to get my new exhaust installed and the previous owner decided to weld the muffler to the exhaust. I am thinking of having a shop weld flanges are just replace the potentially rusty exhaust system and upgrade the cats. Below is what I am thinking. Anyone had any experience with this bolt-on whole kit?

I just installed one last night- fit/finish is meh but it worked out fine.
