In regard of track duty. It is true that all tracks are not equal brake-wise. Some are very hard on brakes as they may have a lot of very slow corners with very short straight sections, which requires hard application of the brakes, and not much cooling in between. Such a track could be Calabogie in Ontario. Very, very hard on brakes.

Tracks like Mosport and Watkins are extremely easy on brakes as there are very few braking zones and many long straights in between, to allow cooling down the rotors. I was even told by customers that the Race kit can barely reach proper operating temp at Watkins. So, different pads should be used.

Maybe the persons who went in the original GB for the 280mm kit can let us know what their experience is, so far. Fiddle has an M50 motor and uses BP20 pads...

Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

      Street Kit interest
      1) JKRCOUPE
      2) z31maniac
      3) EDIT: see below

Is anyone else interested in the Street kit or Sport kit?

EDIT: Since I'm overseas, and all the wheels and car back home, I got someone to print out the profiles and test fit them on my current wheels. To noone's surprise, the 280s do NOT fit Bottlecaps....and they also don't fit my current 15s. I am seeing if spacers will let them fit, but until this gets cleared up on my end I need to back out on this GB. Sorry guys!

Borbet C's. I didn't think they'd fit the bottles, and sure enough they don't.

Soooooooo. What would it take to "move" 5 Street and 5 Sport kits?

Can you guarantee the used value of my kit and/or replace my income for 6 months up to $100 a month if I lose my job? lol

If no one else jumps on board soon, I'm out. $700 would go a long way to getting my car running vs just putting brakes up front.

I'm not in now, but will be when I can afford to buy a second set of wheels (and tires) that will fit. I'm buying the wheels in my sig, but not to run all the time. Once I do get a set of 15s that work, or 16s, I am more than in for a kit, but that's just not feasible at this point in time.

^Just buy two sets of those, they are titties, and very reasonably priced for what they are.

believe me, I am considering that. In any case tho, there's money for brakes or wheels...two sets of them would leave no money for brakes, or tires.

I'd be down for this mid summerish.. In school and not working very much right now because of it, so it's hard to drop a bunch on brakes atm.

I don't have the wheels yet, so cut me some slack when I ask this. But will the Massive Streets clear 16x7 keskin kt1 et20's or konig 16x7 et20's in the front? Thanks
