Yes there's a two-piece option... if you pick the 300x21mm or 300x32mm kits. The 280x22mm kit is a VW one-piece rotor that you can get anywhere.

Racing Brake does make a 2-piece Corrado rotor (I believe), but it's very expensive and now worth it IMHO.

For the price of this kit + those rotors, you could just step up to one of Lee's 300mm kits with the Superlite caliper. A much better scenario for hard use.

A shot of this kit, I installed it last night.

          Nice. What wheels are those?

In regard of the two-piece rotors, they are available from RacingBrake.com at $260usd a pop, and you will still need to machine the hats' centerbore to 66mm (from VW's 65mm). That would be $300+ on top of the kit price, which puts the kit at about the same price as the bigger 300mm kits. Probably not worth it.

I can perhaps credit you fo the bracket you already have, but not the shipping that was spent already.

I could do something. Especially that the new 300x32mm kit is now with floating rotors. But it is more $$$ too. Are you talking about the 255m kit?

Based on your observations do you reckon the callipers will fit the RS et25?

My back up option are the 15" x-spokes wheels although I'd much rather use the RSs...
Yeah et15.5 sounds about right. I used the template to compare to my RMs before i ordered and it looked like it would fit without any spacers at all, which is why i got the 1.5mm spacers initially. However, when i installed everything the wheel mounted up fine but it rubbed the caliper on the upper and lower corners WITH the spacer. So i ordered up the 3mm spacer and put that on... the wheel spun fine and no rubbing, but in addition to the 3mm i used the 1.5 as well just to be on the safer side. I dont know about the RS's, but on the RMs the conifer on the hub hole is so big that with the 4.5mm worth of spacers i only have about a mm of the wheel on the actual hub... i just made it.

So all in all, its a tight fit... with the spacers i'd say i have about 2.5mm of clearance between the caliper and wheel.

To answer your actual question about the RS's, i THINK that they should work. The have a lower offset then the RM's and i am assuming that their stock lips are small to begin with. Def test it out with the template... and get the 3mm spacers no matter what. Do you know your lip and barrel size by any chance?

No problem, I knew the previous shipping would be on me so count me in. What is my cost less brackets?

                          Thanks for the info Dave.

My RSs are stock 15x7 with the std 1" lip.

Time to print out the template...and figure out how to ship one of these kits over....

Unless of course you need to fit it all under 15" wheels that is.
