Got mine installed and am very happy.

The construction is not as good as the OEM gears, tooth engagement isn't as perfect as the stock gears, and there was a little slack once fully assembled. That said, it doesn't seem to be causing any ill effects and i'm sure the material of the new gears will last much longer.

On the road I was worried about a little noise, but they seem to be dead quiet. Indicated mileage driven matches up to GPS.

Overall, very happy with the purchase. These cannot be beat at the price point.

I've hit 60miles with mine now.
Can't hear the gears. Maybe on a 100% stock car.

      Thanks for making these!

        Glad people are pleased.

If there is any issues at all please email us and we will make them right for you. Only installation issue seems to be that people push the spacer down so hard it actually stops the gears. Leave a business card sized space between the spacer and the gears and this wont be an issue.

        Thank you

i would have paid double. A+ product.

i feel like i let garagistic down. they sent me a set and i was supposed to give them feedback but i never did. :(

these are excellent. they work exactly like they should. they are well made and everything fits perfectly. the directions are very clear, concise, and easy to follow. not that you'd need them, it's a simple job. but good directions are always appreciated. almost as much as good products. i honestly think they've done a real service to the e30 community here and i would not hesitate to buy products from them in the future.

here's a pic of mine and my friends odometer's fixed. all working and 100%.

There were two green spacers included with every kit. They fit tightly to keep the gears from walking up.

Had the day off school today, so finally installed these! Only complaint I had was two teeth on the big gear were somewhat together, so took a file to it and it worked fine. Other than that, everything was smooth sailing!! Thanks garagistic

(the combined teeth are on the bottom of the gear in this pic)

                      All buttoned up

Reset the odo trip miles, took it around the block a few times andddd...

Today shall be remembered! Brings tears to my eyes :')

Just installed mine today, works flawlessly...so nice to see my odometer working again!! Thank you!

Also, no noise that i could hear...like it was said earlier, maybe on a bone stock car but my exhaust drowns out quite a bit.

Mine worked great. I had a really tough time getting the tiny gear on the motor shaft though. Actually blew out the plastic on the side of the motor. Oh well, seems to work fine. I'm not sure if I need to take it apart and re-clean everything again, but sometimes in the morning when it is cold, it takes a mile or two before it starts counting? Strange. Anyway, gears seem to work. Thanks!

The small gear was a bit tight, but seated down enough and wasnt going anywhere.

Also ive got about 200 miles on mine, no issues.
