Worthless. You'd have to buy enough to cover your entire stick.

but it looks to be similar in size to the IE one. Some one should put up the $7 to see if it makes any difference to their shifting.

Otherwise we'll have to go with the depleted uranium collars...

hmmm... a quarter of pound. Well i'll have a talk w/ fred when I get back to boone. I'm back home for a auto-x this weekend. I should be back late sun so I won't have time to talk to him till monday. I'll see if he can make us cast iron ones. Man well we were just trying to make it cheaper. Dang, 1/4lb thats sad. How much would it weigh if it was cast iron instead? Just out of curiosity.

The heavier one (the double one) is to big of a bore to fit :(

What are the densities of each?

This goes above the pivot ball looking thing? Above the fulcrum I guess? Or below?

Above. That is unless you want it to be more difficult to shift.

About .26 lb/in^3 and .28 lb/in^3. Iron is actually the less dense.

I just modeled them up in solidworks really quick though and gave the part the properties of carbon steel and cast iron to get the weights.

well the stock lever is 1.109" in diameter. This should fit all the levers since it is adjustible. This can't be to much lighter than the UUC one in the picture. Does anyone know how much it weighs? for 6.88 it would be worth it to load your lever up w/ them.

I'm guessing you can place it as high or low as you want? You would want it as high as possible, right? If it's close to the fulcrum/stabilizer arm it wouldn't really be effective. Make extras, I don't have the money now but i'll definitely buy one in a couple months.

                            You don't have 6 dollars?

I mean, granted, this mod will make *no* discernable difference, but still. You have to budget 6 bucks?
