Did you guys not read the thread?

He isn't making them. He found a place online that has them already.

The only ones that will fit our shifter are the 1/4 lb smaller ones.

    The end.

I really don't, any money I get goes toward gas/insurance/rent/debt. My debt should be payed off around early Dec, then i'll need to save money for my Euro trip. Looks like i'll just get a UUC knob.

You're worried about money, yet you're buying something from UUC?
Unless you're literally stealing it, I don't understand your logic.

No shit. Having to budget to pay off debt, then a eurotrip? O h well.

so about this collar nonsense. is this thread about a store selling them or a member or what? Also, whats to prevent someone from wrapping a bunch of lead wire around either the shift lever or selector rod?

Well the store sells them and putting weight on the selector rod would make it harder to shift. I think someone said they put wire or something around their lever but wanted a collar to clean it up a bit.

what's the difference between weight on the shift lever and selector rod? Both move when you shift....

weight on top helps you move the lever b/c of gravety or somethin and below you are having to push it sideways so you have to use more force to push the lever. If i'm not makin any since its not your fault, i'm terrible at explaning things.
