            It is close to being the lowest point. Oil pan looks to still be lower.

                Should attach to the subframe mount studs.

                Edit: I believe that the theory is that it keeps the studs/shell from twisting, while allowing the bushings to work normally. So, it wouldn't do anything if you have solid aluminum subframe bushings, but could stiffen things up if there is motion on that axis.

                    Would you say it's better matched with the rubber oe bushings or better with poly bushes?

                        I like Poly better, that said I don't know that you would feel any difference from the brace between the two.
                        Weight it about 4lb yes you use factory hardware
