    009 doesn't show warpage. http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=91453

I would like to see the newest kit installed on a car with the angled shot that Jordan provided. I think that would calm everyones worries.

You are a joke Mel, and so is AMS. You sell junk, you don't support said junk, and you will lie or blame others to take the attention away from you. A joke.

009 is upside down, so its on the other side, and yes it shows it clearly.

            No warpage here:

As I said-it has to be installed by a body shop for proper fitment.
This is not a DIY installation.

If it's such junk, why do you still have it on your car?

Unless you are experienced working with fibreglass, it is recommended by our supplier of these kits, to have a body shop do the installation and paint work.

You are a moron Mel. The warpage is not evident from either of those angles on my and my friends car. Post a picture from the angle I've show and it will be clear.

The valance is already trimmed quite well, all you need to do is slip it inbetween the valance and bumper and the ends snap around the valance. Saying it is warped because it wasn't professionally installed makes you sound like an idiot. It has nothing to do with the installation IT WAS WARPED RIGHT OUT OF THE MOLD. You could pay a professional a thousand dollars and I bet still couldn't unwarp your shitty valance.

All you do is point fingers to shift blame, you are a SHITTY VENDOR and I encourage everyone NOT to do business with you.

What type of installation faux pas can cause the outcome demonstrated in some of the above pictures? Also, what is the cause for the apparent difference in difficulty of installation due to materials (ie fiberglass VS abs)?
I'm interested in buying your kit - but if a real MTII would work best for me I could go that direction. Do you offer side pods?

I do find it strange that both Jordan and another party have the same issue. Is there any reason a non professional (sorry Jordan) installation would yield the same results?
                        Yours truly,

Mel/AMS does not offer the side panels or skirts because even the company that churns this crap out knows they are near impossible to make fit decent aftermarket. Valances and bumper covers are CAKE to make, and even those fit VERY LOUSY on my friends e30. He has the AMS front valance, bumper cover, and rear valance/bumper cover.OEM Polyurethane is the only way to go with M-Technic II parts.

Jesus Jordan, enough with the personal bullshit.

There is nothing personal about it Matt, don't get confused. I think Mel is a sack of shit for dodging all the complains he has had against him for the valance and wheels... and everyone on the forum deserves to know he pushes subpar products out the door then deny's they are his!

Reading this thread and the kopi wheel thread has been pretty informative. I considered both the kopis and this mt2 kit - and let's just say there's a trend in the problems that are occurring.
