$660usd for blank Brembos - pads included
$720usd for slotted RacingBrakes - pads included

Wheel spacers are also $30 extra now, they were included for free in the initial offer. Basically, those who joined first saved $90usd.

Clearly I have some work to do here. Sadly I won't be getting to the front suspension for a couple of weeks but i thought some people might like to see the parts.

Rotors fit over the hubs perfectly. I'm looking forward to getting them on the car.

Nice. Those Corrado rotors are a definite improvement over stock.
From 256mm to 280mm in diameter and from 20mm to 22mm thickness.

Fiddler also got his. Let's if they'll be installed by the morning...

Comes with a gay wheel bearing?
Any other group buys for the same package coming up? I missed the last one not for lack of funds but because I didn't get a chance to see if profile fit my wheel. It does.. guess I'm too late..

The group buy ended last month. Now all parts are in stock and ready to ship, at the regular price. 20 kits were done initially, and I have another 20 sets of brackets being made.

Oh I wish. I had a choice between installing my brakes and getting laid tonight, which normally would be a no-brainer but there's so much snow I wouldn't have been able to drive around on them anyway. As soon as I'm done in the recording studio next week they'll be in. I sourced a good IX MC too so if my pedal is still too stiff with the 22mm MC I'll swap that out too. Hopefully we get a warm spell so I can at least get some heat into the pads before I park it again!

Could someone here who's installed this package post up a review? How noticeable has the upgrade been for you?
I'm very much considering this as my next goal for the car, but havent heard much feedback. Please help! Thanks :)

I'll have mine installed by tomorrow but we're supposed to get snow so I won't be able to get driving reactions until the roads are clear.

A quick note Lee, the spacers you sent won't sit against the hub without some machining due to the thinner rotor face. Is it a bad idea to just run them in the rear for appearance purposes? Not that 3mm will really fill out my fenders... :-)

I enquired a few days ago with the rotor supplier (RacingBrake) about that thickness thing. I asked if all of them were made to that spec. 0.75mm shallower than BMW rotors.

Please let me know if it causes and fitment problem and I will make special spacers with a bigger center. I'll send for free, of course.

I could make them fit but I'll never turn down extra spacers! :D
