How do you go about matching rear pads to fronts. For this caliper right now there are only wilwood pads correct? Can you get wilwood compounds for stock rear calipers? If not, whats a good way to match compounds?

I am tentatively in for this.

I will tackle rear kits when I reach 100 front units sold .

ManiacMatt - Wilwood currently has BP20 - E - B compounds, which covers a nice selection of duties. Other manufacturers may have compound for that caliper. What do you do with your car? Also,Wilwood pads are made by Raybestos. Therefore Raybestos' catalogue may have similar references for stock rear calipers.

        How to work that GB.
Copy and paste the list. Add your name and what option you are interested in. When I have ten orders, then I will be ready to ship as parts are already produced and in stock.

So for the spacers. I test fitted the profile from your website and it fits my ronal LS's so do I no need spacers? I am running 225 tires so I have very low clearance between my tires and struts.

The face of the corrado rotor is slightly thinner than that of the stock E30 rotor so you would probably want a thin spacer just for tire clearance issues.

They won't fit my wheels with out a 10mm spacer any chance of making some brackets for the GTI 1.8t/VR6 rotors? I think i read your earlier kits had them.

VR6 rotors are 5 bolts. Aren't they? I use a G60 280mm Corrado disc in the kit. Brackets available separately in this GB. $180usd

The offer can be under three options

A- Full kit - Sells for $750usd on the website - GB price is $680usd

                    - Slotted Corrado rotors already machined and ready to mount.
                    - Dynapro calipers with bridgebolt
                    - BP20 brake pads
                    - Nickel plated caliper mounts
                    - Hydraulic adapters

                    - $20 Optional aluminum spacers ($30usd regular price) - new version. Available in 1.5mm and 3mm thickness.

B- Same as above but without rotor - $540usd
                    - You source your own Corrado rotors and have them machined to 66mm center bore.

                    C- Caliper mounts alone - $180usd

Are those prices incl shipping, if not how much extra for shipping to TX?
Are the spacers hubcentric or are they too thin for that? Any risk of wobbles?

Prices exclude shipping from Wisconsin ($45usd accross continental US). Caliper brackets-only are shipped directly from Montreal.

Hubcentric spacers start at 10mm. I supply thin 1.5 and 3mm spacers which don't need to be hubcentric as the wheel still has some hub on which to center.

In regard of those thin spacers, I have them with the regular 58mm center bore design for other 4 lug kits, as well as with the larger 67mm center bore to fit the 280mm rotors. As FiddleMan mentionned, the VW rotors are 0.5mm thinner, therefore a regular spacer would be wobbly. The corrected spacers have the center bore enlarged to sit properly. I was confirmed they will be produced mid week (next week). Producing the M Technic foot rests took longer and postponed production of other items.

Yeah. I thought you may have initialy made something like the 300mm.de kit and then changed it for production. I'll start slapping on spacers and see how it looks.

300mm.de uses sliding calipers and redrills rotors (not too practical when you need to change them). Why would anybody buy another sliding calipers to replace the stockies? The logic simply evades me. Not only it has the same physical drag and loss of energy, but most of the time they come with bigger pistons than stock, which is pretty bad as it completely unbalance the car's braking... But hey, that's only my point of view...

                            Hi guys

I just received a whole bunch of 1.5mm and 3mm spacers for the 280mm kits to make-up for the slightly thinned hat face. so, if you ordered a full kit and want a set of spacers (1.5mm and 3mm), please PM with your mailing address. Spacers will be shipped for free.

                            TIA

                            Lee
