Speaking of cnc programs, some of you (Ely especially) might be interested to see the g-code for this part. So far, this is only the first operation, where the part gets turned from 2" 6061 bar. The second operation is drilling the big hole in the bottom, the third op is the set screw hole, and the last op is the shift pattern.

That'd sure be nice for those of us wanting to add gauges... like the UUC piece with the integrated sending unit taps.

I can make an oil lid pretty easily- but I don't know what the attachment method is for the o-ring and flanges on the inside. I'll take a look at mine later...

If it were just a chunk of Aluminum, the price would be under $20, anodized.

Today's the day!

I am making a couple this afternoon after work... I will take pics at home tonight and post them. I don't have the shift pattern done yet, and may not put it on my first one, but I will work on that today too.
