no covers will fit these wheels. only the small center caps. These are track wheels and were not intended to have the lugs covered in any way.

UPDATE: GROUPBUY IS A GO!

I've been number crunching and in contact with a few shops/vendors that would be interested in the wheels. As long as we can get 20 regular buyers the groupbuy can go forward.

The final offset hasn't been selected yet. I'd like to do so by the end of the week. The offset selected will be one that provides the easiest fit for most customers.

Wheels are $249 each with free shipping. (48 states)

As far as offsets go, so long as I can run a 235/40/17 or 245/40/17 without flaring I'll be stoked.

ET 25, although a 245 might still require a small spacer depending on the tire.

yeah, it looks like we're dumping the motorsport silver. Honestly the hyper silver is much more impressive, and you won't miss it (plus it's a no cost option for groupbuy members).

Oh well. I'm still in for sure in any case, I just need to decide betwen Hyper Silver or Black. Do you have any color samples or pictures of the Anthracite color though? That one sounds new.

Any word on offsets? When would you need money by?

I just requested someone local to come with an e30 to help determine the final offset by test fitting the 5 lug wheel (holding it up to 4 lug e30) to check for strut tube clearance and general fitment. It's obviously a more aggressive fit then stock. I should have a final offset (which really shouldn't change anyones mind) in the next few days. We'll begin payment collection right after that (hoping by the end of the week), In the mean time the factory will take a week to make the mold changes, and then 2 weeks of strength testing, and then production will begin.

Testing was done today. sennasixty8 with his three e30's graciously allowed me to test fit the 17x8" et20 version of the wheel on one of his cars. The et20 version of the wheel I have currently has a ton of room (10-12mm of clearance against the strut tube) There was even a lot of clearance when a 235/40/17 4-compound (nitto nt-01) tire was mounted up (from my e30 m3 setup).

So we will be going ahead with the et25 version of the wheel as we have the room to be more conservative, in order to prevent the wheels from sticking out too far in the rear.

We'll be opening up the groupbuy shortly.
