I messaged Charles inquiring about a spoiler he had for sale on another forum. Right off the bat he was speedy with his responses and very fair on the price negotiation. But what really impressed me was how he went above and beyond to help me out, a total stranger. To make a long story short, I paid for a product which I never received from a guy that was local to Charles' area. If it wasnt for Charles, im positive that I would have never received it if he wouldn't have went out of his way to meet up with the guy and retrieve my parts for me. He shipped the spoiler and my other parts in a very timely manner, fully insured with a tracking number, and I received them without a scratch, packaged very safely. Im 100% satisfied with the customer service and wouldn't hesitate for a second to do business with him again. Like the thread title says, Charles Cho is the man!

Bought a Stromung exhaust for my 190e 2.3-16v (off 190rev.net) from Charles.

He said he'd been burned via paypal recently, so I wire transferred him $1300 instead.
He kept me informed every step of the way and the exhaust was at my door 5 days later.

He even covered the extra shipping over what we'd estimated and I paid him for.

Would definitely recommend.
