I am sure we all have a Patrick story....mine involved service above and beyond the call....

I was trying to get some "Metric Blues" from McMaster-Carr but as the world has gone to shit in recent years their reply was....

"Thank you for sending us this inquiry. Due to the ever-increasing complexity of U.S. Export regulations, McMaster-Carr has decided only to accept international orders from a few of our long-established customers. We are therefore unable to provide this material."

I fired off a quick email to Patrick who was already sourcing some parts to ship to me... his reply ??
"I just contacted them and they have a location in Los Angeles so I ordered the 3 of the 5 packs for you and will add them to your order."

That sort of service wins customer loyalty for life.

BMA has dissapointed me again. i ordered a shit load of parts from them about a month ago. about a week later i didnt see shit, besides a charge an amount GREATER than they quoted me. i call Patrick, and he tells me one part is on back order, and is holding up my entire order. i tell him to send the rest of the order, and got it 3 days later. now its been a month, and i havent seen that one part that was on back order, even though i have been charged the total amount. i dont think i will be doing any more business with BMA for awhile.

Have already made another small order from them.

And on a side note, I asked about the IE cat back exhaust. He'd sell it cheaper than the Group Buy price on e30tech.com, which I thought was quite funny.

I placed a $1300 order for my vert through BMA. Yves Bright at BMA was so cooperative and he even tried to get me the core refund back after a minor setback.

They are great to work with and got back to every email very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

i have placed about 3 orders with BMA in the last 2 weeks(and about a dozen this year so far), and they keep sending parts to the wrong address. the first 2 times i was able to retreive them anyways, but this third time the package is gone. this really pisses me off because i have given them the correct address more than 3X now. how hard is it to update my M$&^&F$*&KN profile??

Yves Bright at BMA is the man! Ordered from them before, but this was even a better experience! My bill was $529, about $125 less then everywhere else I tried for the same Bosch ABS sensors and a few other BMW Factory odds and ends. Thanks again BMA and your wonderful staff :)

BMA parts prices are great! Just bought a new set of gizmos and the price was great especially with cheap shipping. As much as everyone loves Blunttech, BMA was cheaper and didnt charge me shipping. Blunttech charged 10 dollars to ship 90 cents worth of gaskets to me :/ but BMA has screwed me once. I ordered an 87 air boot. They sent me the wrong one... not the T shaped airboot but the other. When I emailled Yves about the mistake I never recieved and email back.

I placed an order for brakes on my X3 yesterday around 1pm, got the 10% r3v discount off already great prices and free shipping...then the parts showed up...at 7pm today.
