whenever I go by there's always a pile of boxes ready for UPS pick-up, and, more being added it by the time I'm gone.

Man it isn't the cash, they have to wait on manufacturing as well. I had problems with the gaskets on my headers and they overnighted me the right ones to Georgia. I called them at 3 eastern and had them at 9 eastern the next day. They are great guys, they sell great products, could they communicate better? Sure, why not. It isn't going to stop me from buying my exhaust from them.

I just ordered a front strut bar and this I asked them to send me a tracking number and it has been two days with no reply!! Kind of frustrating. They don't answer the phone either.

That scares me a little. I am driving on bad RSM's and don't want to crack the body. And Silverfbimmer, you might want to email them and ask if it back ordered because my RSM's are back ordered a week and he said that they have a couple products that are back ordered. I got through email quick too so I might be a lucky one too.

It took me over a month to finally get my sway bars from them. I got a different answer every time I called. However, when the adjustment tabs snapped off the front bar I had a new one within a week at no cost to me.

As you can see by my sig, I swear by IE products. They have always answered my calls and usually have my items in stock. I had to wait a couple weeks for engine/trans mounts last summer, but I did get them. Lucky for me I work close by and always pick up my orders. When I'm at their shop, the phone is constantly ringing, especially this time of year.

they have good stuff my friend pick up some parts from them a week ago, but the communications does suck.

i wanted to buy this old 2002 that was on their site this one time. called and told them i can pay for it now and pick it up on my day off. they told me not to send any money and look at the car first. i think it was 3 days later and i was driving over to uhaul for a car trailer and called ireland back to make sure someone would be there for me to see the car and they sold it, that turned me off them for a while but i got over it. i mean i like their products.

I contacted IE again about the RSM's to see if they were in because they were supposed to have them by this week. Well he told me that the machine shop is backed up so he will have them next week.

Just wanted to let some others that are waiting on products to know.

YEAA, After two and a half weeks waiting I got the package yesterday and my only words to describe them are WOW. These things are exciting me.

One question, Which size washer goes toward the back? There are two sized washer, big and small diameter, and I don't know which one faces which way.

                            Thanks.

Has anyone had any issues getting a hold of someone from THR? I've been trying over two months to get a set of of those nylon inserts for my cabs, with no luck. Called/emailed/PM'ed on R3V...nothing.
