As i just PMed you In my FS thread and in the paypal payment you stated: "Please send a tracking number when you send the fuel pump Thanks Peter" Never mentioning the sender. As i said, i took it on your word that thats what we had discussed through PMs as you never mentioned the sender elsewhere.I sell the fuel pumps for 65 shipped and the senders for 18 shipped. The Fuel pump is the more expensive part.

And as far as communication skills go, you got the pump. Said the part was missing. I immediately responded and said ill look for one and see if i can get it to you. Two days later never found one so i refunded the money. I think youre just taking what others have said and trying to bank off that too.

Funny you say something negative about him he immediately sends two PMs

Fact #1 - I post WTB ad - you respond WTB with: "yes I have pump and sender" $65 shipped - you are the one that quoted it - If $65 is the usual price for the pump itself. Why did you quote that when I specifically said I need both? Something doesn't make sense here... oh wait thats your argument that doesn't make any sense

Fact #2 - I ask for pictures, none sent because pump still in car -Bad communication PM's are slow to come. Stupid me I trust you and just send you money because you had no negative feedback at the time

Fact #3 - I ask for tracking number numerous times -Bad communication AGAIN PM's are slow to come- didn't get tracking number till package arrived - this seems to be a common theme in your sales

Fact #4 - In one your PM's you think I'm someone else - errr....this was the point of no return because you were talking about a paypal dispute - proving you have bad organization skills and other people are having trouble with you.

Fact #5 - Look I'm not the only one that is unhappy...don't you think you are doing something wrong?

For the good of the community please smarten up - I've had nothing but good experiences from all the members I've interacted with except you. Based on my past experience with the others I put my trust in you. I'm sure what I write will fall on blind eyes, but honestly dude if the past three guys aren't happy don't you think you should fix what you are doing?

        and for my 69th post

Today I was surprised to find a fuel sender at the shipping depot.
It was from Dave aka "328ijunkie" - he sent this to me even though he already sent a partial refund.

I must admit that's a really nice gesture. Perhaps I was a little too quick to judge.
Dave did the right thing and I hope he continues to do so.
I no longer hold a beef with him and wish him good luck in his future sales.

Although you may have to remind Dave what the deal actually was - he is a stand up guy and follows thru with his word.

Daves the fukin man. Just sayin. Hes a busy hardworking guy, so give him a break. dont get you panties in a bunch. He came out the very next day i contacted him and got my car to fix, and im pretty sure he has the same intentions for parts being sold via the internet.

Although I agree he doesnt respond well to PMs, he has never ever caused me problems.

            Will do business again.

IIRC, I've had 2 transactions with him.

I ordered an oil pan and he threw in an oil pump extremely cheap. Saved over $300 versus buying new parts. Parts arrived in a timely manner packaged well. All communication was quick and very helpful information provided. I would recommend Dave to anyone. I just wish his shop was closer so I could get him to do the install. =) Thanks Dave. Top notch seller in my opinion.
p.s. To the posters who had bad experiences over a tracking number. This guy runs his own shop and is likely putting in 12-16 hour days so cut him some slack. We're humans and people make mistakes.

Great guy to deal with, I've sold to him in 2 separate transactions, never had any issues whatsoever. Payment is always quick and he generally responds to PM's very quickly.

                        Dave-

I truly hope you haven't forgotten about me and plan to send me my money by tomorrow. I asked you on 8/3 why I hadn't received the money that you told me to expect on July 30th. You responded that day that "Nope, im just dragging ass on it. My apologies. Got money flying all over the place and will have it to you ASAP!. Thanks again for your patience. -Dave "

I then waited 5 days, and then wrote to you on the 8th "Understood, but it got there almost 2 weeks ago and I was unaware that there would be a delay in payment upon receipt, so I'd appreciate something a little bit more concrete at this point as to when you plan to make the payment."

I was simply hoping to get some kind of committment from you, as it has taken you longer than I would like to send things out in the past. You completely ignored that message and yet had the time to post elsewhere on the forums since then. That is why yesterday I sent you the email that my patience is up and I expect to be paid by the end of this week. I still have not heard from you since the "money flying all over the place" message you sent me on the third. Hopefully you can understand how somebody on my end would have no confidence in you by this point.

Up to this point I've assumed you are a good guy who is just a bit scatterbrained and/or overworked, but I am getting EXTREMELY nervous that you've decided to not honor your agreement with me. This is not over a trivial amount of money, and frankly I feel that I have been as patient as any reasonable person can be.

I look forward to being able to post tomorrow that all is well and that you are a man of your word.

Another day has come and gone. I do not have the money that is owed to me.

The plot has thickened though. Apparently, "Dave" has a coworker named "Evan" working with him now. "Evan" emailed me Friday afternoon apologizing profusely for the situation and claiming that he and Dave wanted to refund me but did not have my paypal account. He asked me to send it to him soon so that he could refund me my money. I responded in less than 30 minutes with my paypal account (which would be the 5th time that Dave has been informed of what this account ID is).

The funny thing is, there is no way in hell that Dave doesn't have my paypal account. I paid him twice from it (Paypal keeps a history of these things) and I also emailed the account ID to Dave on July 25th and AGAIN on August 2nd. Either this is some kind of ruse, or Dave doesn't even communicate with his own coworkers.

Regardless, I am pretty upset that I hurried to send "Evan" my paypal account in order to be left once again sitting here wondering why I haven't been paid the money owed to me. Why would you guys ask me to send my paypal account (which you already have) right away if you had no intention of paying me?

Dave last logged in at 10:15PM Friday night. It is now 1am EST Saturday and I still have nothing besides an apology email from a supposed "Evan" of Markert Motorwerks.

I cannot believe it, but this is continuing. On Friday night, this is the email I got after me previous post in this thread, posted unedited in its entirety:

"From Evan @ Market Motorwerks: He doesn't remember very well and I was not finding anything under your email that I'm typing to currently. That was the only reason I couldn't find it. Don't forget we deal with around 3 shipments a day and at least 2 transactions on paypal a day as well. it is pretty easy to lose track of one name. I understand when you emailed me you were expecting a very speedy response. But you have to understand we have quite a few cars in the garage currently and I have to bounce from working on the computer selling/buying/Customer Service and working on cars. You have every right to be pissed off but understand, I did not mean to pull you away from a meeting and I don't think you should have done that if the meeting was that important. yes I have found your information and you will be getting payment but I can not do anything till the banks open tomorrow. I am sorry I can not do anything as the deposit takes a day.

Again, you are currently at the top of the priority list but you have to understand we have a lot of other things going on right now. I am going to try my hardest to get you the money tomorrow. I do not have all of the accounting information right now so I can not say how much we have in the bank but I deposited 300 this(friday) evening. I can guarantee you that 300 will be in your account tomorrow along with whatever else I can scrape up to get to the 550 that we owe. If we are not able to get to 550 with one payment you will remain top priority and I will take whatever else is left and deduct it from my own paycheck."

The notable things going on here are the "guarantee" that I will have $300 in the account this past Saturday. I can see that Evan's guarantees mean a LOT. Today is Tuesday, and I have not received a penny from Evan/Dave. Also, it now seems that I am on some kind of payment plan, which I never agreed to. Wonderful- so at some point I will get some smaller payment, and then look forward to continuing this lovely process.

Also, it seems that now I am only owed $550 instead of the $560 that it has always been. If he had paid me on Saturday, I would have just let that go, but its funny that $10 just got dropped off the total.

Dave "doesn't remember well". Well that is probably the only true statement in the entire message. Should I email both of you my paypal address every day? Would that help?

You guys need to either find another job or start treating your customers with an ounce of respect. You know the saddest thing for you guys is that I am a pretty understanding guy- if Dave had called me weeks ago and said "Hey man, I'm down on cash and I cannot pay you until such and such date", I would likely have worked it out with you. But getting one cryptic message from Dave and then to have him completely ignore me is beyond unacceptable.
