paid for a m52 timing chain cover last saturday. asked for a tracking number when it went out. a few days went by, no message. the past two days i have been sending him messages asking whats up/where the part is with no response and he/she has been online since. paypal dispute opened this morning. hopefully this gets resolved. its holding up putting my m52 back together

and i also asked for a TRACKING NUMBER to which i wasnt provided. much less a simple statement as to when it was shipped or when it is going to arrive. you were online all week and didnt respond to ONE single PM from me (multiple sent) asking what the status of the shipment was and where my tracking number was. simple buyer/seller cooperation and courtesy.

part seems to be what i paid for and everything checks out. my only complaints are lack of communication by the seller and providing a tracking number as requested.

Paid for a part Thursday, he said it would ship same day. Then later he told me it shipped Monday. Now Saturday and still don't have part or the tracking number I was offered. If part doesn't show by tues/wed I wil be disputing with paypal.

edit: Called and left voicemail for Dave on 3-12-11 @ 2:15pm central time. Will update with response if any.

Update:
Received text messages 3/12 from Dave that he would get me the tracking number on 3/13. He also sent me a PM apologizing and again promised the tracking number. As of right now I have no tracking info. I texted him twice today hours apart and sent him a PM asking for the number.

I will post screen captures of the exchanges later.

Edit: was texted a picture of usps delivery confirm stub.

good luck, i never got my tracking number until i opened a paypal dispute halting his "business" to which i got the tracking number the day the part arrived on my door step leaving me wondering all week if it even got shipped out

i dont care if what the volume of parts is you've sold on here. i dont know you from any other person on here. you cant fucking provide a tracking number as requested by a buyer? punch a couple letters/numbers in and hit send/reply.

The biggest problem i'm having with our transaction is the lack of communication. You told me on 3/3 (when I paid you) that my part would ship that same day. Then last week you told me my part shipped on 3/7. Now, after you sent me the delivery confirm number it shows the package wasn't shipped until 3/9. You even went so far as to cover the postmark stamp on the receipt when you sent me the pic of the delivery confirm stub.

For someone who's "bought and sold thousands of parts" you sure don't handle yourself in a businesslike manner. I would hate to see how you run your shop. It was an especially nice touch that you didn't have the courage to return my phone call; instead you sent a text message.

I'm waiting on a sensor from him. PayPal'd funds on the 6th. Sent a follow up e-mail on the 12th to ask the status of shipping with no reply. I hope he has shipped it already and just slow to respond? Atlanta is not than far from Memphis, so it should not take that long to get here.

Probably too busy with all the wedding planning he's doing.

My part showed up and was well packed and was the exact part I needed. I think he's just bad with communication and slow to ship. You should eventually get your stuff if mine and badclown's experience is the norm.

Has the worst communication skills avoid this seller if you like to communicate to someone in normal fashion. Also fucked me over a fuel pump paid for pump and sender received pump only?
Paid $65 said he would do a partial refund received $18 back....am I being overly sensitive....it's not even half come on Dave! Now I got spend another $50 to find just a sender fuck me
