I shipped my Kenwood Mini Disk Changer to him with the agreement being he would send a CD Changer. He received the changer I sent on August 23rd. (verified by Fedex) and never disputed by Luke. I still have not gotten mine. He had a used first generation Sirius radio which was not part of the deal and I asked how much he wanted. He said nothing and sent it.(I apprecite it) thats part of why I have waited so long to do this, partially.I still more than four months later have no changer.

After I waited 2 months he stopped working where I had the number and stoped responding to pm-emails. I pm'd Jordan who contacted Luke which got me a response that it would go to the repair shop and be sent out that was about a month ago

The thing that really bothers me is that you are ignoring me, Luke. I think four months shows patience and that you have taken advantage of my kind and trusting nature.

Just a fyi & vent sorry to have to do this but I think I waited long enough

I am done. No reply to many many Private Messages & emails(one P.M. from Dec 24th still sits unread in my outbox) Mods go ahead and verify this if you wish, forces me to make this ultimatum:

Either you

(1) send me the changer you promised

(2) return my changer in the working condition in which you received it.

or

Dude this is the only in THOUSANDS of transactions where I have been ripped off and ignored.

I have had some things happen (waterpump died where there are no parts) and this nightmare.

Truth is had he said months ago sorry I have things going on and can't deal with this, I would have said no worries, keep it & thanks for the Sirius radio which I am enjoying so much I bought a unit for my 4runner & home. But insted he has treated me like a mushroom (fed me B.S. & kept me in the dark) so I have no sympathy for him.

Please tell me how I should feel? Would you be ok with sending something to someone and being ignored and when you complain called a bitch? I doubt it. five months is a very long time.

I have posted about this for the past few months, what is old is that he refuses to return my changer or complete this transaction. I have as yet to hear a response from you or anyone else as to how you would feel or react if you were in my shoes.

There are posts I see that I think are lacking, most of the time I ignore them and move on.

This forum is the only means I have of contacting him since he no longer works at the job he gave me the address and phone number for contact after I shipped the changer. I asked him for a new number, that was ignored. As have been my P.M. & emailed mesages.

I tried to keep this private for over two months, even asked Jordan for help (he contacted him several times) before I realized Luke had no intention to complete this transaction.

I submit you would not consider posting whining if you were the injured party and you certainly wouldn't appreciate it if someone called your requests for remidy whining.

If you find it so annoying why don't you not read it?

He doesnt mean he doesnt post bad feedback. The problem is this is the Nth thread about this subject. If this board is the only means of contact then PM him.

We now you are not satisfied and are out money by this guy, Im pretty damn sure that nobody has missed that since you have posted it over and over again.

So leave this in the Feedback forum as your evidence of a bad seller and DONT POST ANYMORE about this unless he were to right things. We dont need a day to day countdown of how long he hasnt communicated or how long its been since the deal.

Again, to reiterate again. Its not that we dont want you to leave honest feedback about a person if they wrong you. Its that we dont want 47 threads about the same transaction wherein there has not been a change.

He ignores messages. there is a pm from 12/24 unread in his inbox & my out box. there were ones from September & November that were sitting for months that I deleted.
