Experience: Atrocious.
Billed my cc before intending to ship, Called for shipping info got an attitude from Mark/Mike that I was an annoyance and idiot for wanting info on my pre billed purchase, He said there was a 2 week wait for them to get the bars, I thought this was unreasonable, but wait they had some and had his "staff" had a clue there would have been no issue.
Next day called, asked to hold 5 minutes later Brad's Voice Mail. Called back Brad's attitude was I was bothering him and I asked for a refund (I may have had an attitude) but was not yelling and only said "would you kindly return my money"
I posted this on the forums and good ole Brad instead of either ignoring me or apologising called me names, a liar, and disclosed my name which I have disclosed but he has no right to do that.
I still do not have my refund and he is still trying to get me to lower myself to his level. Not gonna happen Brad. I have had some bad experiences but this is among the worst. Brad thinks he is doing customers a favor and that we need his company. I think not. I don't need this kind of favor.
