          A popular item gets backordered. A company bills you before they ship it, pretty standard procedure.

          You seems to have a problem with everyone you make a transaction with, people that no one else seems to have trouble with. That leads me to believe that it's you causing the issue.

            Valance, bumper & bumper surround packaged very well, bumper has damage he is sending me another. Fogs cracked we worked out a solution. Greeat communication, easy to deal with.

            THE ITEM WAS NOT BACKORDERED at 11:30 am Saturday, My complaint is not that it was backordered, it is that they did not reveal the possibility of a delay and when asked had a horrible attitude.

              So how long was it between the time you paid and the time you companied? Doesn’t seem like it was that long at all... GB put stress on the individual/company. I don't think it helps that you called two days in a row to bitch. More than likely they won't do one of these for us again!

                Most people would have common sense enough to realize they wouldn't have 45+ of these bars in stock. You could have asked prior to placing your order, or anytime thereafter, if you would be getting one right away of waiting.

                But that would be too much to ask from Parkerdink.

                  Do you people have a reading comprehension problem? First call was Tuesday, to ask if the bar fit as it was described as for M3 and the questions from at least three different people in the thread were ignored. Since I ordered early and was expecting shipment info by email which never arrived I called to ask what was up. I was met with an attitude. This and the attitude I was an annoyance before I had an attitude is why I complained. I fail to understand why this is a debate. I have my opinion. It is mine.
