Call me what you will; call my CO, if you think it will help. The fact remains that my agreement with Travis was for him to personally ensure that the wheels were well packaged and he did not. Now I'm left trying to get UPS to pay the claim, or just eat the repair fee myself. Regardless of how many times Travis has been a stand up guy and over-packed things, this one time, he did not. You can read my posts any way you choose, but I've never said a negative word about Travis nor that he did nothing to try and remedy the situation.

Lesson learned = pony up the extra dough to cover paypal fees.

So what your saying is that you wish you would have paid paypal fees so you could open a case with this Travis guy? Opening a case would do nothing for you. My guess is your just wanting free wheels because one was damaged by UPS. It seems to me this Travis guy was being more than helpful in this situation.

Exactly. Wheels were insured and yes maybe he should have packed the last one himself but you should be paid by UPS.
