I don't think any business owner should be expected to check the forums frequently. Just because Tyler advertises on R3v does NOT mean that R3v's Private Messaging system is his primary business contact. He's made it clear that the way to reach him is via email, so don't be upset when he doesn't promptly respond to PM's.

You got your refund, and the reason you got your refund as quickly as you did is because I emailed Tyler for you. Had you emailed him earlier, you would have had your refund earlier. So Problem #1 was the fact that you neglected to communicate with him in an effective manner. Problem #2 was that you called the police over a matter of 40 dollars and wasted our tax dollars and your time. Sorry to be a dick, but there are better ways of resolving disputes of this nature.

Berlin-3. Replied to your PM and sent a refund. It should also be stated that we recieved exactly one email from Berlin-3 that was replied to as followed:

Hello,

We are currently out of stock on “D” plates; we can refund this order or let you know when they are back in. Also since you are somewhat close if you are in the area we could hold the plate for you and save you close to 10.00 on shipping.

As you can see his tone is very nice and in his PM he request a refund or a different plate then ordered with compensation.

he said he'd be in and out of the shop tomorrow, so most likely all of this will be resolved soon. Be patient you guys. And keep in mind it took several weeks to get a custom plate from Bavauto when I ordered mine through them. I'm sure there's an explanation for all of this. You will all be taken care of in due time.

I'm sure there's an explanation. Tyler is a stand up guy... I'm very sorry to hear of your predicament, as I have been there myself. Give him time, and you will get your plate, or a refund, rest assured. I'm local to him so I can try to get in touch with him for you.

Its been like 3-4 weeks and still have not my order, still waiting and I paid way before I left my trip.

I've ordered two custom plates from Tyler and have had nothing but good experiences. Both of them took a month and a half or so to get, but they were both ordered at peak business/production times (holidays) and I expected this, thinking realistically.

Given Tyler's workload with the volume of orders he gets around that time, they came rather quickly, both perfect and I was and am very satisfied.

You've got a returning customer here, guys.

He had some overstock and i ordered a Scotish plate, It was shipped very fast (i got it within a week). It was shipped by USPS. Would buy from again.
