Not to argue with you Josh but I think that Tyler has a good point. He is doing a ton of business and really, I wouldn't expect him to look at PM's. You think, if BMW sponsored this board, we would have to expect them to be on the board all the time checking pm's? No, thats why they have a website, and thats why they have a URL linked to their banner and their signature.
If I want something from a business, the easiest and quickest way to do it would be through their email (contact us) on their website. Especially after the thread where Tyler specifically says to contact him through email.
For instance, if you pick up a copy of Grassroots Magazine and see an add for a brake kit you want. Are you going to write back to the magazines classified ad and wait for them to write back the next month for ordering details? No. If Tyler's company is that big, why can't people treat him like any other company and go to his WEBSITE and order there? We do it for Abraham Motorsport and they do an awesome job every time I contact them through their website.
One thing I would suggest and if I need too will put it in the suggestion section, is a link that will go to a page that contains all the URL's for all the forum sponsors. That would make a lot of things easier, I know it would have helped me many times.
So, all and all, Tyler has helped me out twice and have had NO problems with his business. I contacted him once through PM's and he told me to contact through email and EVERY time I got a response in no longer than 2 days. So contact through email and stop asking for things that he already said he doesn't have and I bet you will find his business to be :up:.

Once again, I am not trying to argue but Tyler's company seems to be doing well and should be treated the same and not like a shadetree mechanic trying to part cars out.

That email was infact replied to and I just hit send again when I checked to see if I did reply. We can not do the ZM in the blue which was explained several times. I do agree this did not work out.Dude, Here is one I ran into in my sent box... I'm a nobody on this board, I wish I did but I dont post a lot. THIS is the problem here, Tyler. You are a forum sponsor, and as such, a good chunk of your business is coming from the forums. To me, that means you actually need to be ON the forums REGULARLY, checking your PM's for things like this. This was the same issue that we had when I had the problem with my order before, is that you were never logged onto the site to actually check your PM's. I understand the fact that you prefer to take care of things via email, but when you advertise on forums and websites, you need to be at least checking those forums regularly.
And for the record Tyler, I don't want to lose you as a forum sponsor, nor am I the one that decides on them. So perhaps I was out of line to say that, but I can be pretty sure that I'm not the only one that's at least thought it. Just get your affairs in order, Tyler. ASUBIMMER PM'd us on 6/7 asking for the decals and the refund as well to buy a large Bayern decal. We sent the decals and the bayern out at no charge. I forgot about refunding the order or it was not issued by Allan. You do realize we get 100-1000's of orders a month. Asubimmers others pm was the 18th of July. You are correct I have not been on here for over a month. Once I saw the refund was not issued I sent it immediatly. A simple email would have fixed this but it was are fault initially.
Again you have it out for us and I know other have seen these as I have been messaged about you as well.
Also RCWELLs keep in mind with high volume there will always be complete what stands us apart is we resolve them which is more then I can say for several other companies in the BMW world. Also we have been working toward other things to help even more.
No keep your foolish post to yourself so people who really want plates or need something can be taken care of. BTW I never say it is not our fault, several times I have taken the blame and handled the issue.

It's NEVER your fault, always just some mix up in communication lines, or whatever, but they're just excuses. TWO MONTHS Tyler??? Come on man, surely you could check your PMs from a guy that has been doing business with you. Hell, you were on here less than a month ago, your last reply to that other thread was June 24th.???? You didn't KNOW you owed the guy a refund?
You are making your bed here Tyler, again, it's YOUR OWN ACTIONS that are doing the talking for you. Words are cheap.
I swear I would love nothing more than to see you operate your business as one should be operated, but the problems persist.

ASU BIMMER WHY DID YOU NOT EMAIL US, to many people rely on PM's If I checked all the forums I am on i would have to hire another person just to do so. I have not been on the forums for some time as it is show season and we are working on all sorts of things I have seen your pm and refunded the difference withing 1 minute.. If people do not email us about the problem we can not handle this. Refund was just sent, RCwells good to hear from you.
