Not to argue with you Josh but I think that Tyler has a good point. He is doing a ton of business and really, I wouldn't expect him to look at PM's. You think, if BMW sponsored this board, we would have to expect them to be on the board all the time checking pm's? No, thats why they have a website, and thats why they have a URL linked to their banner and their signature.

If I want something from a business, the easiest and quickest way to do it would be through their email (contact us) on their website. Especially after the thread where Tyler specifically says to contact him through email.

For instance, if you pick up a copy of Grassroots Magazine and see an add for a brake kit you want. Are you going to write back to the magazines classified ad and wait for them to write back the next month for ordering details? No. If Tyler's company is that big, why can't people treat him like any other company and go to his WEBSITE and order there? We do it for Abraham Motorsport and they do an awesome job every time I contact them through their website.

One thing I would suggest and if I need too will put it in the suggestion section, is a link that will go to a page that contains all the URL's for all the forum sponsors. That would make a lot of things easier, I know it would have helped me many times.

So, all and all, Tyler has helped me out twice and have had NO problems with his business. I contacted him once through PM's and he told me to contact through email and EVERY time I got a response in no longer than 2 days. So contact through email and stop asking for things that he already said he doesn't have and I bet you will find his business to be .

Tyler I will be contacting you soon for a hungarian plate. Thanks!

Once again, I am not trying to argue but Tyler's company seems to be doing well and should be treated the same and not like a shadetree mechanic trying to part cars out.

The point here is really this, that the problems continue with a forum sponsor, regardless of why, they DO persist.

Again, actions speak much louder than any words that can be typed here.

I don't have it in for you Tyler, for the last time. You have it in for yourself.

BMW isn't selling cars on our website, nor would they be. You're comparing apples to sterling silver.

The business is advertised on the site, as well as Tyler being a forum sponsor. He should be checking on his business here as well as through his email.

And Tyler agrees, so your argument is moot.

Hey guys let's end this here. We have all spoken, less Asu and he has been refunded on the back ordered frame. I have no hard feelings but of course want to let people know our side and that I am not a bad guy and our company is growing, keep in mind we are talking a few issues out of 100's of orders, maybe over a thousand orders and most of these issues are my fault for not checking Pm's fast enough. It is forum so of course those who post will post.

I will be checking my pm's more often and of course our email is still our 1st choice.

Thanks and hopefully this will be one of the last post of this type.

          Tyler

Maybe BMW was too big. Okay, what about hella, recaro, Abraham motorsports or something alittle bit smaller. The fact of the matter is that Tyler has said more than once that he wants to be contacted through email. Yes, he said he should look at PM's more. Maybe he should raise prices so he can set someone on the forum for all the time? I bet if he said prices were going up because of that people would disagree and start using his email.

The fact of the matter is that he is running a business, he should be treated as a business not as a person in the classified sections that is seling little things here and there.

Once again Josh, I am not trying to argue. Like Bobby says, its what his actions say and his pm service isn't good. So why do people still contact him through pm? STOP. EMAIL HIM!

I'm not sure what happened to my post but I only recieved a refund for $9.95 out of $56.22!!!!

I would have posted it up like a week ago but we just moved and we just got the internet.

needless to say I am VERY upset with this whole transaction.

Let it go, cut your loss.

let it go my ass. Either he can refund me the rest or I'm gonna have to call his local police station and deal w/ it. I have PMed, emailed, and started a thread so he really has no excuse of not fixing this.

He's probably like me in wanting to order something from you, but questioned your ability to follow through...

Aaaaaaaaand thread necromancy. Ordered mid August, still nothing on my doorstep.

I was told it shipped early last week, but how long can USPS take?! :curse:

I wouldn't be so upset if they noted that plate could take *$#!%@#$ months to deliver instead of "custom items, may take longer than 2-3 weeks".
