Came in on the 5th. Great quality as expected, but daaaaamn let people know they may have to wait 2-3 MONTHS depending on order. I wouldnt have had a problem if I would have had a waiting time.

I've ordered two custom plates from Tyler and have had nothing but good experiences. Both of them took a month and a half or so to get, but they were both ordered at peak business/production times (holidays) and I expected this, thinking realistically.
Given Tyler's workload with the volume of orders he gets around that time, they came rather quickly, both perfect and I was and am very satisfied.
You've got a returning customer here, guys.

he said he'd be in and out of the shop tomorrow, so most likely all of this will be resolved soon. Be patient you guys. And keep in mind it took several weeks to get a custom plate from Bavauto when I ordered mine through them. I'm sure there's an explanation for all of this. You will all be taken care of in due time.sigpic

As you can see his tone is very nice and in his PM he request a refund or a different plate then ordered with compensation.
This is the second or third time someone has used PM and post only. Try emailing me directly which I have posted before. I always try to take care of R3v members.
