      Absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
      In 2006 I bought a plate and some stickers. After a month I started sending him emails asking about my order which were ignored. I finally filed a PayPal claim and then he finally responded. I got the “gee, your order and emails were lost” story. After filing the claim my order was magically found and I eventually did get my order.

      I must have a short memory because I placed another order last month and the exact same thing happened except this time I just went for a refund.

      I’ll be trying these guys next time:

        That is interesting as there are Pm's from you and you bring up an order from 4 years ago. It would be nice if I had your order number? Also I would be carefull who you recommend as I have a stack of complaints to the linked company; there name is so close I get there hate mail. I like they way they added custom and use all the same keywords, product names and even images.

        I am not running the company of old so let's get this sorted out.

          Sent you a PM. Your order was refunded as it did not process in our system. The refund was issued the next day after you filed it and was the only contact from you. It appears this is exactly what happened last time so you may want to check your paypal as there may be an issue. Paypal really does suck, luckily we use them for only a small percetage of orders.

                anybody else have problems with this company? What a joke! Ordered 2 plates, one was perfect and the other came with an obvious typo, can even verify it was there mistake by the order confirmation. Mistook a 'T' for an 'I'. Took a picture of the plate and emailed it to them along with the order confirmation. Did not hear back from them, sent numerous other emails. What a bunch of clowns, oh well, just thought I would let everybody know.

                    Big up for euro plates. I had a minor issue with the plate I ordered and they fixed me right up. I won't hesitate to do biz with them again.
                    I don't always wreck cars, but when I do I wreck them into trees.

                      Ordered my plate on their site over two weeks ago, payed the extra $10 to get it sooner AND HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING since... Calling sent me to their site. Live chat is NEVER on. Contacting only resulted in a generic auto-reply, that gave me no information at all.

                      Even if my plate shows up at some point, I've wasted $10 that I'd like the refund on and customer service is non-existant. I see a lot of people have this problem and Tyler plays catch up, when he sees this, so I'm not very worried about him coming through. But I am just a little disappointed at this time.

                        No clue who you are! Guys I am happy to help on orders but leave a last name or order number. If we did not meet a quick ship option it will be refunded!
