OK This if fucking crazy. Its been a 8 days I think. and hes all pissy.
Do you think my only job is getting money by selling parts on-line? NO its not. I lost money on the head-unit I sold you so shut the fuck up and wait a few extra days. My problem is I have a real job with real things to worry about. I get off after the post office closes, so I ship items on my lunch break or have a family member do it for me. Your fucking CD player has been shipped so go ahead and take this through paypal and make my life easier, so I can deal with them instead of you. I'm not shipping you a fucking lung so why cant you wait a week? Your handleing this situation like a fucking kid!

If you were on everyday and checked you PMs you would have seen my growing impatience. Why wouldnt you update me after I waited a few days and PMed you asking for a tracking number? And now you call me names and call me a kid? Shame on you. You saw my PMs and should have answered them. YOU put this item up for sale and YOU should have the commitment to see it through. If you were busy and couldnt sell it you should have waited. There is no excuse for bad communication. You should not have ignored me.

I told you that if you havent shipped it yet, I'd like my money back...didnt I? Im still keeping this dispute open. I dont care if I have to mail the headunit back. I am NOT giving money to a person that treats me this way.

I have a real job too and work for my money. If I sell something I expect to mail it when I get my money, not 9 days later. YOU made these mistakes and should have to deal with them. Why would you mail the headunit if I told you not to if you havent after I asked you not to? Why wouldnt you confer with me on this matter? If you had an excuse you should've PMed me telling me about it. I could have bought other headunits but instead I chose yours. As for the price, Wal-Mart sells these for $176. Why would you lie and tell me you are losing money on this? I have asked you before and again now, I want my money back...even if that means mailing the headunit back.

Sending the unit back isn't going to save him anything and the price difference is minimal.

Im not doing it to save money. I do not want a person like this to have MY money. Did you see the way he responded to me? It just shows his character and lack of respect. I was just showing how Andrew keeps telling stories for people to get on his side.

It wasnt until after I made this thread that he responded back to my PMs. He was on everyday too making posts.

Communication goes a LONGGGGGGGG way in situations like this. With all the stories floating around out there about people getting ripped off, it's not unreasonable for a buyer to expect that the seller stay in touch- even if it's just to say "sorry, I still have not had a chance to ship your lung".

If I'm not in a huge hurry for something, I'm OK with the shipper taking time to get it shipped, but I do get nervous when I don't hear from them, and they stop responding to my PM's and/or emails like they did when we were discussing the purchase.

Sounds like this deal will work out fine, it's too bad it had to take this route to get there.

I have had a couple times, both as buyer and seller, where it took a couple days to get something out to someone - you just have to let them know.

Thats a good point. I'm just having a hard time wrapping my head around this. I hasnt really been that long. If it was longer I would understand, but I dont get it due to the relitivly short time

The seller only responded after I made a thread about it. Oh well. I have the headunit now and even though the seller was a POS and bad mouthed me after I complained to him quite a few times. Whatever. I believe in karma and I'll leave it at that.

NO communication! its been 1 month since i sent payment, heard once from seller more than 2 weeks ago saying the item would be sent out next day. havent seen or heard anything since.

EDIT: seller refunded my money yesterday and apoligized for any inconvinence.
