Seconding this. Their prices may not be rock bottom, but I've never had issues with these 3 venues.

Waited 4 weeks and no parts received. Asked KO for a refund, waited 2 more weeks still no refund and finally contacted my credit card company and had CC issue a charge back against KO.

Well personally I think KO BLOWS!!! I had a very small order and it took over a month and several emails for me to get it, only to get a cheaper part than the one I paid for. And as for my Redline fluid...I guess i got taken for that $$$ cuz it's been over two months and I've sent several emails regarding the order and they won't even respond. I got a reply from them yesterday:

I am going to check it out for you.
If they have not sent this out I am pretty sure they were getting ready to send this out for you.
We should have all of this in stock.
I will check this out with the shipping dept to see what they tell me.

Same shit different day. The voice mailbox is still full and unlikely has not been checked since last week when it filled up. No return emails either, I have sent them 50 emails in the past 6 weeks. And now I find out I am past my claim period on my CC so I guess I am out almost $700 now. So much for ever doing business with anyone on forums again, including site sponsors. This makes twice I have been burned by this stuff this year... :(
Guess I will try and right it off to uncle sam next year in some sorta fucking fashion. :-?

Thats funny, as I was reading this reply the ko performance banner add was displayed.At this point guys, the only thing I can tell you is to hang in there, if you can. If you are after a refund, all I can tell you is to keep trying to contact them and get things sorted out. Since Erick is no longer an employee of KO, there's not much he can do from a standpoint of getting your issues resolved. I wish I could tell you all something a little more helpful, but I'm only able to relay what I'm told, and that's about all there is at this point.Leave a comment:
