As for me, I consider the record a draw. Like any shop, online/retail, etc... a smart consumer would inquire about whether or not a particular item was in stock, or if not how long until it would be until it was in stock. Had I done the initial inquiry asking about if items were in stock or not (regardless of what the site may say). Service would have been top notch.
Hotball I would do business with them, or any other shop. HOwever I will ask more questions prior to just clicking order and hope it arrives in a time I feel is quick enough.

UPDATE ::: All parts I received today (I was away at a wedding while it was delivered). This has been a different experience in ordering parts. Me being young, I had become accustomed to the always in stock fast delivery. What I take from this and what I should have done is sent an e-mail regarding the items I wanted to prior to purchase, to get a lead time into what wait times would be. However, once I got in touch with Mawar and Tony, they were awesome in communication. I'm happy with the parts I ordered individually bagged, tagged, and labeled. I know some people may have had positive or negative transaction result previously. I am happy in the end result and I will be doing business again, yet I will be asking for lead time for items prior to the actual order. No i can go racing!!!Leave a comment:

I got burned on a short shift setup 2? years ago. I thought I was helping to support an OG forum member, but apparently he had quit a few days before shit hit the fan with KO.

I ordered a Z3 1.9 shift kit from them a while back. I haven't installed it since the car is still stripped, but I noticed when I pulled it out the other day that they sent me the 2.8 shifter. I kind of wanted to try that one anyway, so I guess I'm not too butthurt over it. :)Leave a comment:
