Hands down Great customer service!

I ordered a new in-tank fuel pump for my 86 325es and got 2day shipping so I could get it back on the road asap, and they sent me a highpressure in-tank pump for a late model that only uses one pump!

So the Pump wouldn't fit of course because it is like an inch too long and a qtr inch to wide...

So of course I cut my assembly to make it work because I needed the car back on the road and all kinds of rigging to make it work! Took 2hrs....

Any who I sent them an e-mail and told them the story and minutes later they responded telling me that was a advertising mistake and they would give me a full refund shipping and all, and even SHIP ME A PRACTICALY NEW WORKING ASSEMBLY asap!

Had it in 2days I was like thank god for people standing behind their business!

WILL now do business with them forever!

Their poor record of doing anything remotely like that.

That being said, congrats, I'm glad it worked for you. I'm getting the impression it all depends on who exactly you deal with over there.

Hands down the worst experience I have EVER had with ANY business anywhere... Period! These guys are awful. I have spent 3 months dealing with them, and it has been the worst 3 months of my life. Didnt ship when they said they would, didnt ship the right part, didnt ship a working part, didnt issue a refund until 6 weeks after they said they would...
