PLEASE HELP s52/OBD1/ix booster-BRAKES LOCKING UP

    1. So I adjusted the pushrod by turning it all the way to the bottom of the thread(two turns) and nothing.
    2. The car was sitting on the driveway and sun blasting 85degrees or so for a good 35-40 min and without even trying the brakes they were locked, the car wouldn't roll down sloped driveway.
    3. When started the engine and by accelerating a bit, the brakes would let go just a bit, is there a vacuum issue or the booster is a toast

      The the foot brake linkage is adjustable, thats what i adjusted i think is more like the system warming up and expanding particularly the oil in the mastercylinder

        At this point I think the booster is the issue
