    M50 stoker piston question

I’m building an M50 stroker with M54b30 internals. I got the cranks & pistons & rods from another guy who shipped them to me. I asked him to label them for me but he didn’t. Is it necessary for the pistons to align in the same order or are they interchangeable? If they need to be in the original order I assume I need to take them & the crank to get balanced together?

First time building an engine this in depth so trying to do it all right the first time

Since going into a different block and presumably new rod bearings no need to worry.

It's not critical if you do this, but I'd recommend you weigh each item (wrist pins and new rings included) and arrange them so that the overall weight of each piston assembly is as close to equal as all the others.
Sending them out with the crank to be balanced isn't necessary, since they're pretty balanced to begin with. I don't presume you are building a crazy powerful high-strung engine, so you don't need to worry about details on that scale. Save your money and weigh them yourself, call it a day.
