**Tried** to install the e32 booster??

It doesn't line up with the stock e30 booster holes in the firewall.

I tried to install the e32 booster and the two studs are each about a quarter of an inch off from the existing holes in the firewall.

I know, I'm doing it wrong. What's the trick? Aren't they supposed to line up?

e32? E21 maybe? or are you using the power assist 7 series setup?

dewd. you need the bracket in between the e32 booster and the firewall. go get it at a scrap yard.

        It's an e32...

So there is a bracket that will mate the booster with the e30 firewall?

wrong booster, need an ix specific one...
w/ the ix bracket in the back, the push rod would be too short and wont reach your brake pedal assembly-maybe unless you lengthen it w another rod...
          stick w/ the ix specific one,modded e21/porsche 944....

It's the same part number as the IX booster but doesn't appear to have that middle piece.
