It does the same thing both ways. Its just looks vs. price.

Well ya coating is a little bit more but like i said i prefer the look of a wrapped header so for me wrapped is better in both looks and price....lol

The eBay headers are raspy without wrap or coating. I will be wrapping mine soon, even though I like the bit of rasp I have. It also depends on the muffler(s)/resonator(s) you use.

BTW e30s52, do you have any clips of your exhaust? I've always wanted to hear it.

Hey, I used the OBD-II headers, welded the holes shut, e36 S52 exhaust all the way back. Fabricated some brackets and BooM one great sounding cheap ass exhaust!

You don't even need to weld the holes closed, just a spot weld on the engine side of the flange in the channel that runs between the adjacent cylinders....

what a good exhaust system for this swap. I mean id ont want no 1000 exhaust and i dont want anything that is super droney, or extremely loud at 70 on the highway , but a nice exhaust would be great. I'm already working on modding the headers n such to make this work. But i guess i just need to find a good cat back....

anyone heard anything about this cat back or heard it at all.....
