            What's with the weird dip at 5500? Isn't the VANOS timing switchover point at 5k?

                That's what I meant, it's supposed to happen just off idle, then again around 5k. But I've never seen a dip like that. Maybe that's what the M3 cams do on a 2.5 motor?

                  That's not that rich.

                  Not much of a dip as vanos turns off either. That's a function of cam timing. This is really a nice graph.

                            Well the ZF with 3.73 was just terrible. But it matched with the 3.25 is perfect. Great low, mid, and high power. It allows 27MPG highway. I definitely didn't want to be in 5th gear going 75mph at 5-6000 rpms :D

                            Although I would have kept the 3.73 if I had found another G260.

                              75 / 5000?

                              5th maxes out at 130.
