^^ stock clutches are the best option for stockyish s5x swaps. even for those who track them. f1 (ebay) chromoly ltw flywheel and sach's (oem) clutch on my ZF and thausands of miles of track time. Great on the street, great on the track... great on the wallet.
I'm assuming the difference is in how heavy the clutch pedal is, the pick up point and how much power it can take.
For the typical S52 swap, the clutch isn't the issue. A stock clutch will easily overpower the tires in first and second (where have I read this before?)
I personally like the SACHS HD that is available for the S5x motors. I use it in my M3 track car with the dual mass and love it to death. Daily driven it, tracked it and slide around with it. Very nice feel and great clutch.
