the peake tool is on order - my family has 2 other bmws, so its not just for my application, but hopefully it does something to help.S50'd

A little update here. The peake tool did not work when I initially plugged it in. I then put power to pin/wire 22 at the x20 via a 9v battery. It worked like a charm and gave me more codes than the regular stomp test.
Greg, maybe power this wire in future adapters? just a suggestion.
Sadly, it gave me nothing that pinpointed the obvious solution. I did find a possible vacuum leak, though. Hopefully she'll be going soon.Last edited by Lof8; 11-26-2009, 02:33 PM.S50'd
