Pic request: 24v with E30 throttle cable.

I've gotta slight problem with my e34 cable, when you let off the gas car idles at 1500 and then you have to pull it back a little and it idles normally. It's fully adjusted out and everything, anybody else?

Mine does the same thing, its a used cable though and it's catching on the inside due to the bend that is necessary. Will be just ordering a new one soon, but i still think the e34 cable i have is too long.

Almost makes me want to make a custom one using my cycle tools.

So back to my question. Does anyone know of a cable that is about 2 inches longer then the e34 or e36 cable?

Off the top of my head, I believe the m42 throttle cable is longer than those other ones. Also, it doesn't have that 90 degree bend at the end, like the 325 one or the e34 one.
The m42 cable is perfect for the s50b32 swap.

I wouldn't bother with a new one, i bought mine from the dealer
