Crack in heater core pipes/hose, rear coolant to block gasket/fitting??? Are you running the spider hose, or the metal stuff?

The OBD1 spider hose, there is no coolant in the carpet either.

You could have a leak in the head gasket in which no coolant is mixing with the oil, but instead is leaking out and evaporating due to engine temps. Hope that isn't your issue!
