I have a ZF trans with e30 master cylinder, E36 328 slave and dig it. Pedal is firm but engages close to about 1/3 of the way off the floor. Would love for engagement point to be a bit higher but it enables me to use a bit more ankle leverage than knee since the clutch is very sticky. Helps it not besing so jerky in stop and go traffic.
also running Clutchmasters stage 1 e30 clutch setup and e30 325i TO bearing'87 325ic, powered by S50.
