And don't put higher rated fuses in. Honestly if I were you I'd replace all my fuses with 1 value lower because I'm sure there are a few ticking time bomb wiring jobs on your car.

You got plenty of good advice, just tear out everything you've done, replace any melted wires, and start over. Check for power with a test light or multimeter not the god damn fan.

Hahaha god damn man, you make it sound like i hacked up the shit out of my wiring. It's 3 fucking wires and A FUSE melted. I have the basic understanding of electricity and i only replace the ONE fuse with a bigger one. The LOW SPEED FAN FUSE. I didn't go fuck around with the fuse box or anything, and also there's no "wiring jobs" that are ticking bombs on my car. I made everything plug and play. I'm not fucking stupid. I just couldn't figure why it was doing it, and today i did. . And i also used spare wires to wire it up which were almost 2 gauges smaller, and they couldn't handle the current that the 30 amp fuse was letting by, which is why they melted.

I bought a new fan wired it up like DaveSmed and all the others suggested and it's working fine. Turns out the spal had a bad connection on the wires COMING OUT of it.

    Thanks everybody for the help.
