4.10 is going to be pretty short with a zf320...first will be useless....Comment

I have the M52 manifolds but they wont fit into the chassis. I thought the only headers that would fit were the "shorty" headers they sell on ebay. I have seen many problems with the m52 manifold and SS reps

Well my friend used an Obd2 manifold and he had the worst time trying to make it fit. Dude8383, did you have to do any modifications to get your manifold to fit?

Yes, the manifold itself didn't need to be modified but the pipe passing over sway bar had to be bent. I wish I had a pic of it but I don't.
It shouldn't cost much to get it done by a shop...or you may be able to heat it up with some real HEAT I presume you can persaude it to fit ;)IG: deniso_nsi Leave me feedback here

This is what the obd2 manifolds to obd1 s50 midpipe looks like:
This is from underneath, excuse the dirtiness.

This is after fairly extensive modification to get the front of the midpipe properly bent and fitting properly:

So the manifolds themselves fit, but the exhaust piping after the manifold is the problem?

exhaust solutions are endless and are posted all over the place, do a search, find the best solution for you that meets your desires and budget.
Personally i bought a set of SS rep headers on ebay, and a local shop did up a complete custom system from the headers back.Comment

Aright guys I know you are gonna love to hear this but the swap is going to be postponed till summer. My friend, who's garage I was going to do the swap at, has a different spring break then me. So Im going to wait until we have a solid week of time to finish the swap

You should have the 24v all ready, this swap when planned out should not take more than two 8 hour workdays, except for custom exhaust work.Comment
