I am grounding the plug out on the shock tower. It dosent matter anyways as i still dont have fuel either. I replaced the crank sensor and got a different dme. Cleaned out my c101 and x20 connectors and still nothing. I have continuity between both the crank and cam sensors and the dme connector. I also have 12v at my adapter on both sides when the key is in run.

At this point if anyone in NoVa wants to help me out i will pay for your gas to come here and give you a hundred bucks to get my car started. Plus ill provide food and beer.

I suggest you edit your OP then, your thread title still states that you have fuel but no spark and you state several posts in that you can smell fuel in the intake. This leads you down a completely different troubleshooting path.

Basically what you need to do now is clear your mind and start the troubleshooting process over again from scratch.

Have you tried swapping the DME relay with a known good one or jumpering the relay socket? The DME relay is the only relay with five pins on it so it is easy to identify. If you have already tried a different DME this is a possibility for a no fuel and no spark condition.

Other than that if you really want the help of us internet mechanics you should clearly list what you have tested again and what you have replaced.

OK heres the rundown. New crank sensor and different dme. I have power at the coils but no spark. I can jump the fuel pump relay and it will turn on the pump. I also have power on wires 7 and 18 of my c101 connector for ignition.. Pin 13 i have no power for the fuel pump relay. I have continuity between the crank and cam sensors and the dme. I have also tried reversing the cam and crank sensor plugs still no change. I have already posted my pinout of my adapter its on post #17. Also have switched relays with known good ones from my running e36. I have jumpered the main relay and i get nothing still.

Do you have power on the dme relay? (white relay near orange and blue one) big red white stripe wire?

            If no-

Near the battery tray there and 3 little eyelets that need hooked up, one is a ground, you need to peel back the wires to see. Make sure you probe and have power and ground on those 3 eyelets.

I have all the eyelets hooked up and the ground from the harness on the shock tower. I also have 12v on the main relay red and white wire.

Yup i do have a check engine light.

I do have a question. On the wires for my fuel pump relay the c101 has 2 wires and the x20 only has the one big grn/vio wire. Do i just hook up both wires off the c101 to the one wire on the x20 or what?

Only need the one wire that triggers the FP relay. Test your terms bro, on my Z swap I had to ground a otherwise hot wire on the FP relay pin 16 is the brown/green wire that triggers the FP relay on the x20.

According to my pinout pin 16 on x20 is for oil level. Im using an e34 harness. Pin 13 on my c101 and x20 are for the fuel pump grn/vio to grn/vio. I have power on three of the 4 legs on my fp relay.

That's what it was on my Z swap, I used an obd2 e36 M52 harness. The E34 harness is different on a few pins I know.

Got it figured out!!!!!!!!! On pins 7 and 13 on the c101 there are 2 wires, one big and one small. Both wires on the c101 pin 13 go to pin 13 on the x20 as normal. For pin 7 the big wire goes to pin 21 on the x20 for ign. The small wire i left unused. Also i did have my fuel lines switched. Silver=feed black=return.
Thanks to everyone for their help.
