Last time you posted a post about your engine not starting, and it turned out you did not even have the good charged up battery!
Will this post turnout to be something like: "ohh, I forgot this..ohh I forgot that..ohh I missed that" ?

All the information that you need fixing those two is here:

Luis, what year and model is the car?

If early, those wires don't come through C101, but you can connect the car's wires to the DME wires inside the glovebox as shown here:http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=213404

I have not checked the color codes on your 24V harness, that is up to you.

        GL!

C'mon, kids, you can get along better than that. Shit talking is fine as long as it does not get nasty, both of you behave.

Your in luck i just went through figuring out this problem

          My car was an 87

But as Stereo Installer said it could be different between late and early models

With mine I had to go through the wires in the glove box

I used the connector from my old engine harness Which was a green wire that connected to a black one on the main harness

I ran it from the glove box into the the engine harness

Started it up and I had a perfect working tach

Hopefully this helps I know I had a fun time figuring out what all these connectors were called

            Shameless plug:

Don't forget that with a DOHC engine your displayed fuel economy will be massively inflated. You can correct it with one of my circuits.

I went for a camping trip South of Mt. Rainier this weekend, pumped 10.5 gallons for 309 miles. My OBC displayed 29.5 MPG.

I was happy about the economy on my M54 and the accuracy of the OBC!

How will it know what size injectors I'm running?

It uses Extra-Sensory Perception (ESP). It can also pick lottery numbers for you and give you an awesome fantasy team.

(it has a trim pot that can be adjusted for your exact fuel pressure and injector combo)
