OK, sounds like you've got a pretty good head start on some of this. Here's some further thoughts...

- For brake booster I haven't got one yet , which one would you recommend?I m looking at e21
I went with the Zionsville Motorsports pre-modded E21 booster.

- Im looking at a 3.5 MAF with 4" intake and SAMCO SPORT Siilicone elbow
Eh, I probably wouldn't spend the dosh on the MAF. As far as the SAMCO elbow, I'd look around at a local speed shop. Probably get one for a lot less $$.

- Motor mount:e28 Transmission mount:e21
Some people on the board have reported problems with the E28 motor mounts. I personally am going with the mounts from Revshift. They are made specifically for the M/Sxx swaps. I have not seen anyone report any issues with them, and they're only about $40 more than E28 ones.

- Just the gasket for the oil pan because of switching e34 oil pan oil pick up
and dipstick
Not replacing anything else? Water pump & gaskets, throttle body gaskets, injector o-rings, etc? Never a better time than when the engine's already out of the car...

- For now I don't have the funds for the brake, but I'd like a full m3 brake .
Going 5-lug, then? You'll need to if you want to use the M3 brakes.

Are you going to keep A/C?
What Diff are you going to use?
Not sure on the ZF trans how the shifter carrier works on E30s.

You can do the swap in 1-2 days IF you plan for everything! I did my m30 swap over the weekend (and m30 swaps are harder to do vs. 24v swaps), and only because I forgot to get one part , otherwise it would have been done on 1 day. I built the engine/swap outside the car overtime of course, then swap over the weekend.

While the engine is out, do as much to it as you can before it ends up in the car. As in replace all GASKETS/SEAlS/RUBBER HOSES ..ALL of them.

UPDATE:




Just a little updates on what I picked up today.
So we drove to Sacramento to pick the motor up early in the morning (about 1 and half hour drive) and...
seriously guys this motor is bigger than me! ahhaa.
Danny, the gentleman who I picked up the motor from definitely hooked it up with an ECU, lots of other accessories, helped me secure the motor on the truck (which I don't know anyone that would even bother to do that) and other goodies. He was very kind and professional!I highly recommend him if you live around Sacramento .

You guys will just have to wait to see my bimmer, I will post pictures to update my progress .Promise ;)
