E34 Motor Harness Question

I cannot seem to find any info on how to use the e34 motor harness for my m50tu swap. Harness came out of a 94 525i auto (engine and trans harness were seperate one those) What do I need to do for my car side plug? Any info would be perfect, especially a pinout. Thanks!

you need to do the same thing as you would to any harness - convert the pinout from X20 to C101. For the most part the E34 harness is the same except it has the oil level sensor wiring built in (pins 2 and 10).

there is no pinout. you have to look for the pins labeled C101 on the E30 harness diagrams and X20 on the E36/E34, write them down and then match them together by function (most of the time the wire colors match too).
