        This, it's common sense.

You guys run fans? I'm running a 750i aux fan wired to the a/c button and my heat never goes past half way. It barely even has to turn on, ever.

Got it. took a couple of tries but it worked. Kind of had me worried. Sketchily bought M50 + I let it overheat to the red = me fearing for the worst, but I revved it to like 5000RPM for 10seconds, opened the bleed screw and let the air bubble out, fill up again, close everything, and repeat that process for about 5 times. drove it around, temp gauge was still climbing but it finally hiccuped and it was fine. pulled over, bled it twice again, and it's been great. Best test was as soon as I bled it I had to drive it to my friends house which meant escaping Philadelphia at rush hour, litterally standstill traffic for like 8 minute intervals- not a single problem.

This is with a 14" Ireland Engineering fan. you guys just need to bled your system correctly.

                          Um, how?

Put car up on ramps. Unscrew cap. Start car up. Idle. Go inside, grab beer. Come back 20 minutes later.

                          Voila.

Swing wild, brake later, don't apologize.

Ramps? There is no way in hell my front end would ever clear one of those.

Not sure if it works in this case but I heard a lil trick from
My automotive professor. He use to put a baby aspirin behind the edge of the thermostat to allow the coolant to circulate immediately then when it's up to temp the aspirin disolves

My main reason for using the M42 radiator. And with a new expansion tank, it looks even better.
