    E36 M3 radiator?

I am in the process of purchasing a radiator and was just about to purchase a OEM E36 M3 radiator and came across this on Ebay. I know many people can't stand ebay parts but from the looks it seems to be a quality product.

    What are your thoughts?

Hit and miss with eBay. Usually the technical/mechanical things for sale are what's a miss.
    Example:

    Most turbo's, BOV's, wastegates = garbage
    Cheap intercoolers = win.

I'd probably purchase it. It's just a radiator. Simple organ.

Okay. This is exactly what I have come up with as well.

Has anyone run one of these?

Wouldnt trust the vital cooling piece on ebay quality but thats just me.

Also, a simple search would reveal that you cannot use the e36 radiator in an e30. Alot of people are running the m42 radiator.

M42 is the way to go, depending on your climate.

Up here in the mountains, I get away with it just fine. Dry heat and hardly any humidity, when it actually does get hot enough to matter.

In Florida, I don't know if the M42 would cut it, might not have enough cooling capacity.

Maybe you should do a simple search noob, the late model e30 and e36 rads are the same.

I'm running a 3 core S54 M coupe radiator. Go OE with important items like cooling.

What's the space between engine and rad like with the s54 rad?

I'll grab some pictures, but it's about an inch I'd say. I'm running a euro S50 though, so it might be a bit different. Also running the AKG motor mounts.

What did you do as far as the expansion tank?
